Alternatively, send a photo of your concerns to us or return the product to the store so we are able to assess the issues relating to your product. As each flower in unique, so too are your special requirements and concerns regarding your order. So we ask that you contact us directly on 03 54 422 922 or firstname.lastname@example.org to discuss any queries or concerns you may have in relation to your order. A number of solutions may be available to you.
All refunds for orders are credited back to the original credit card on which the order was processed.
Regretfully, we cannot arrange a resend of fresh flowers or a refund if the original flowers are disposed of. We need to inspect them to assess the cause of the problem.
