Cancellations of orders.

If an order has been placed after our listed cut off times or an order has been placed for a delivery location that we do not have listed & you have not contacted us to check if we are able to deliver to that location.

Then your order can be cancelled either by us( Virginia Mary Florist) or by you (the customer).

If this occurs you will be refunded the order value minus any charges incurred by us from 3rd party payments in processing your order.

If you change your mind & cancel an order beore we have made & delivered your order, we will cancel your order & issue a refund minus any 3rd party charges.
