Refund Policy
Our refund policy does not include change of mind or recipient not liking the gift or flowers we have delivered.
We pride ourselves on stocking the freshest and best quality seasonal flowers available ,we also place a care card on all flowers that leave our store so that the recipient can give them the best care to ensure longevity.
We ask that if you have any issue with the freshness and quality of flowers that you contact us within 48 hours of the delivery.
We reserve the right to refuse the options for a resend ,refund or store credit on claims made after the 48 hour cut off.
We do send a photo of all deliveries before they leave our store and if you believe that what has been delivered is not what was sent to you in the photo.

To assist us in quality control, it is our policy to collect the original flowers.
Regretfully, we cannot arrange a resend of fresh flowers for you if the original flowers are disposed of or images are unavailable.
Once we have inspected the flowers then we will determine if we will resend, refund or provide a store credit.
If it is a gift item that we have missed or it has arrived damaged , as long as we have another one in stock we will deliver the missed item or replace the damaged item. Any damaged items need to collected from recipient when we deliver replacement.
