• All prices are shown in Australian dollars & include all taxes. 

• A delivery fee will be added to you order once you select your delivery location.

All designs pictured are a guide to the style of flowers , gourmet foods & gifts that will be delivered.
Flowers ,gourmet foods, containers & accessories may vary depending on seasonal availability & stock on hand.
Substitutions of equal value & quality may be made when necessary.

 

Our Guarantee. 

Bendigo Florist- Virginia Mary Florist guarantees the freshest, flower quality & value of every order we deliver.

Each arrangement is designed & created by a trade qualified florist.

Delivery will be made on requested date & we will endeavor to meet all requests regarding preferred delivery times, but only funeral deliveries can be guaranteed timed deliveries.

If unforeseen circumstances arise regarding a requested delivery we will endeavor to contact the sending customer immediately.

We take no responsibility for non delivery if the address you have provided is incorrect.

Any complaints must be made within 24 hours of delivery.

 

Alcohol Policy

Due to state liquor laws . You must be 18 years or older to order or receive alcoholic beverages. Alcohol must be accompanied by flowers or incorporated into a gourmet food hamper.

Delivery Policy

Same day delivery within Bendigo is available 6 days a week* Orders must be received before 3pm Monday-Friday & Noon on Saturday.

Same day out of town orders are Monday -Friday only & must be received &  location confirmed before 8am. If no one is home your order will be left at the address in a safe location.

We take no responsibility for non deliveries.

Please ensure you provide the correct delivery address & a phone number of the recipient in case we need to contact them.

 Peak Delivery Dates

Please note that at peak times such as Mother's Day, Valentine's Day, & Christmas we will do our best to meet your delivery requests.

However, we do not guarantee delivery times & we will do our best to get them there in the AM or PM as requested but as you can understand sometimes thing are out of our control. We do not offer specific delivery times so please do not be offended when we cannot fulfill your request.

Also during peak times if no one is home we will leave your delivery at the address you have provided if it is safe to do so. If this is not the case we will return the item to the store & attempt to contact you & advise of the situation.
